In this database you will find information about each photographer: biographical and practical information, a list of their works addressing socio-environmental issues, their publications, and a selection of photos which is representative of their work.

Each photographer has the opportunity to list one or two projects for which he or she is seeking sponsorship/partnership.

The photographers presented in this database were selected by the Sophot.com team according to the following criteria :
• the nature and number of photo essays dedicated to socio-environmental issues,
• the quality and quantity of photos in each photo essay,
• the evidence that they follow an ethical approach as demonstrated by their adherence to the Ethical Guidelines proposed by Sophot.com.
